“This is the 2nd time I've bought a vehicle from Prestige. This time around a used SQ7. Jay was excellent! He is personable, professional, and courteous. Unfortunately, a day after purchasing the vehicle the check engine indicator came on. Told Jay about and he worked with the service department to get the car in. Turns out, it needed a water pump, vacuum solenoid and a 4 wheel alignment. I was concerned because it would have been pricey, however Jay and the sales staff took care of it all.
