“Extremely disappointing service and accountability.
We have always had official Audi-prescribed maintenance done for our Q5 at Prestige Audi, including every required Audi Multi-Point Inspection.
For our most recent 80,000-mile service, being a rather big maintenance, I requested a second quote from Audi Denver. Even though they are also an official Audi Dealer and Service point, their quote turned out significantly cheaper, so we went there instead. (Audi Denver is also where we originally bought the car but then went for service at Prestige Audi as more conveniently located between work and home).
What followed was frankly alarming to me.
Despite having had an Audi Multi-Point Inspection performed by Prestige only 10,000 miles (and ~7 months) earlier, Audi Denver suddenly identified over $12,000 in major wear-and-tear issues.
Yes, wear items are expected when a car approaches 80k miles. What is not normal or credible though, is that all of the following supposedly deteriorated only since the previous official Audi inspection:
• Coolant expansion tank
• Thermostat housing
• Alternator pulley
• Motor mounts leaking
• Upper & lower control arm bushings
• Brake pads and discs
This level of simultaneous failure within such a relatively short mileage window was considered highly suspicious by independent mechanics and even Audi Denver themselves.
When we raised this with Prestige Audi, our contact at Prestige Audi Service responded he’d bring it to the higher-ups attention. However, there has never been any further follow-up, no explanation, and no accountability up until today, 2 months later.
Based on this very bad experience, I’d like to issue a consumer-to-consumer warning:
If you rely on Prestige Audi’s Multi-Point Inspections to proactively identify upcoming wear, protect your vehicle, or avoid major surprise repair bills, I would advise getting a second opinion elsewhere. Based on our experience, critical issues can apparently go unnoticed until they turn into five-figure repairs.
This is definitely not the transparency, diligence, or customer service care one expects from a premium European brand dealership.”

“Turning a crazy lemon with my Denali into lemonade I emailed inquiring about a sq8..luck was on my side Chris Demling replied…months after he circled back..the numbers for us were big…got a call on Wednesday from Chris sales manager…we played ball…needless to say without the amazing customer service experience and Chris kind approach we would not be the new owners of an Audi SQ8!! Looking forward to this new experience when my car is delivered from Lakewood CO to Ca!! Thank you again Chris!!!”

“This is the 2nd time I've bought a vehicle from Prestige. This time around a used SQ7. Jay was excellent! He is personable, professional, and courteous. Unfortunately, a day after purchasing the vehicle the check engine indicator came on. Told Jay about and he worked with the service department to get the car in. Turns out, it needed a water pump, vacuum solenoid and a 4 wheel alignment. I was concerned because it would have been pricey, however Jay and the sales staff took care of it all. Can't thank Jay, the sales department and the service department enough. Prestige took care of me and I greatly appreciate it.”
