“Service reps are knowledgeble and communicative and listened to what needed to be done vs. what they wanted to repair or work they suggested to do (oil change, vacuum vents, etc. cleaned and change cabin filters... she's not that dirty and oil I change 4x more often than Jag recommmends). Pricing seems to be higher than other independent JLR service places and was over twice what had originally been quoted for the V6 coolant downpipe replacement for 'peace of mind' about a year ago. Otherwise, service was fine.”
