“My father recently purchased a Nissan Armada from this dealership, and unfortunately our experience after the sale has been disappointing. After bringing the vehicle home, he realized that the headrests were missing from the seats. That was surprising because headrests are a basic safety feature that should be included with any vehicle being sold, especially by a dealership. When my father called to ask about the missing headrests and see how the issue could be resolved, he was told there was nothing they could do. That response was frustrating. Headrests are not just small accessories; they are designed to help protect passengers and reduce neck injuries in the event of an accident. What makes this situation more concerning is that the vehicle was sold in this condition without it being addressed beforehand. Even more disappointing was the lack of willingness to help once the issue was brought to their attention. When you buy a vehicle from a dealership, you trust that it has been properly inspected and that basic safety features are present. We weren’t expecting anything unreasonable—just some effort to help resolve the issue. A simple conversation about replacement options or support would have gone a long way. Instead, we were left feeling dismissed. I hope the dealership takes feedback like this seriously and makes more of an effort to support customers when issues like this come up. Good customer service and accountability matter, especially when it involves something related to safety. Response: I want to clear something up. My father did not call demanding compensation. He called because the vehicle was missing headrests, which are a basic safety feature. That was the concern. We did not notice they were missing right away, but once he realized it, he reached out to the dealership hoping someone could help point him in the right direction or offer a solution. Instead, he was told there was nothing that could be done, which was frustrating. The issue is not about how much time has passed. The issue is that the vehicle was sold without a standard safety item. We simply expected a little more willingness to help when it was brought to your attention. At the end of the day, this could have been a simple conversation about replacement options. That is all we were looking for.”
