“I went in at 8:00 AM because my car had a rattling noise coming from the front wheel. I clearly explained the issue and also made it clear that my car is under warranty. I was told I would receive a complimentary inspection and car wash along with the diagnosis.
Instead, after over 5 hours, I was sent a bill for $254. In the inspection video, it clearly shows a small crack in the front wheel fender something that was already visible once the wheel was removed. That was it. No repair, no meaningful diagnosis. Just a visual confirmation of what I had already pointed out.
To be clear: all they did was put my car on a ramp and remove one wheel, and they charged $254 for that. A full four-tire rotation costs around $80, yet inspecting one tire somehow costs over three times that. This feels completely unreasonable and borderline exploitative. I have already filed a complaint with Hyundai corporate because this dealership clearly needs oversight when it comes to what they are charging customers. When I questioned the bill, the front desk told me to speak to the manager, and then they offered an almost insulting $15 discount.
To make matters worse, when my car was returned, it had not even been washed, despite when they mentioned its part of their service. I had to send it back again just for that. I finally left the dealership at 2:30 PM. In total, I spent $250 and 6 hours just to be told there was a small, non-serious crack in the wheel fender something that did not require immediate attention. This experience was not just about the money. It was about the wasted time, broken promises, and lack of transparency.
Edit: After posting my original review, I noticed that several new positive reviews appeared in a short period of time, which pushed my review further down. I can’t speak to how those reviews were generated. For anyone researching this dealership, I strongly encourage taking time to read through reviews carefully and looking at reviewer history to form your own opinion before deciding to visit.”

“Carrie is absolutely amazing!! I had such a horrible experience with the West Palm Beach service location. I took a chance and called the North Palm location and I AM SO HAPPY I DID!! She was so kind and helpful and even got me in for service same day! I don't care North Palm is a bit of a drive further than the WPB location, from this day forward I will only bring my vehicle to the North Palm location from now on! Please recognize Carrie for her extraordinary customer service. She is an absolute asset to the company! If you need help, ask for Carrie”

“I bought my car from them coming up on two years ago and had been getting my oil change/tire rotations from them because I got the maintenance plan- this place has been no short of sketchy.
A month after I got my car, a 2020 Hyundai sonata, I had to have the thermostat replaced. Not covered under warranty, of course. They wanted to charge me $800, and then lowered it to $400 when I told them I had no money.
I continued getting oil changes through the same advisor I had that first time, Jenna.
About two weeks after my second oil change, my battery died despite being told during the inspection that my battery was fine.
My third time I was there, the last time I went to Jenna, she told me I needed new cabin and engine filters. I’ve changed these myself in other cars so I know how easy of a fix it is, but I like to have work don’t through Hyundai so I asked the price. $180. Absolutely not. I said no, thank you, and mentioned that I could do it myself, respectfully of course, and everything proceeded like normal, I was just there for an oil change, after all. As soon as I got on the highway, I noticed my car’s wheel began to shake and the car just felt different to drive- I drove down on a smooth ride, and suddenly my car is shaking? I went home, assuming I was just anxious after having any work done on my car, but the issue persisted. Like any reasonable person, I texted Jenna to ask if I could bring my car in, which she said was fine. The day I arrive, Jenna called out and the other service advisor was surprised that she wasn’t there. I was informed the issue is that my front right rim was dented- something Napleton doesn’t fix. I asked how that could happen, as I know I hadn’t hit anything, and she suggested it could have been like that when I bought the car from them, but that the issue could have become noticeable after they rotated my tires. Okay, that makes sense, sure.
So, I go to a place that does rims and while he was fixing the rim he mentioned that my tires had a patch on it. He was right, that tire DID have a patch put on it, before the alleged rotation took place. So my tires were never rotated, and thus the cause of my bent rim is still a mystery…
Yesterday, I took my car for its final Napleton oil change and tire rotation. I snapped a quick picture of my back left tire, showing the white scuff on the side of a tire, along with a orangish red dot. Do you want to know the funny part? My tires were once again not rotated. Scrubbed clean, as they were kind enough to wash my car, but noticeably exactly where I left them- the red is just as clear as before and I can even see the scuff mark on the tire that was there previously. Now I’m left wondering if my tires have been rotated in the entire two years I’ve owned it, despite my diligent maintenance.
When I got this car, I was told 3/4 tires were brand new and that the brakes were just redone. I’ve replaced the tire with the patch, and I’m now replacing the other three tires, the brakes, and the back rotors 🤨 not from them, of course.
DO NOT COME HERE!!! Take my word for it. I think they fired Jenna, she wasn’t there yesterday, but clearly the issues remain.
The front right tire is still the replacement tire, and I still have the red mark on the back left tire that I had when I dropped it off. Their website even proved oil changes include a rotation.”

“I recently purchased a sexy 2022 Hyundai Tucson Limited from Napleton's North Palm Hyundai and had a great experience overall. The team was welcoming and treated me like family from the moment I arrived. Randy, my salesperson, went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. Bobby in finance was also incredibly helpful and answered all my questions with patience and professionalism.
After the sale, I ran into a few issues with the vehicle, but the team stepped up and helped me resolve them. Special thanks to service manager Bryan for his extra care. I appreciate the after-sale support and the way they honored their commitment to customer satisfaction. Thank you to everyone who made the process smooth both before and after the purchase! My next cars will be definitely from this location even tho I reside near West Palm.”

“Randy Simmons is an all star for Napleton’s. I called him about the car I wanted. Gave him the number I could work with and he delivered. The car was better than expected. Randy is a joy to talk to, he made the transaction very easy, and did exactly what he said he would do. We had the deal virtually done before I got to the dealership 2 days later. He was holding the car for me without any deposit. I’m thrilled I found the car we wanted especially since it came attached to Randy as our salesman. Highly recommend Randy for all your vehicle needs.”
