“Took my truck in for a 4wd issue on a Monday. They diagnosed the issue. I had informed them I was pretty sure what the problem was, took them 3 hrs to figure it out. I just didnt have the scan tool. Was told they ordered the part and should be 3 to 4 days max. Ok no big deal, called that Friday morning was told the part should be here Friday and they will get it in to put the part on. Fast forward to the following Monday ( Today ) I still dont have my truck back was told will get a call when it gets done they can only do so much. Im sorry but you dont just leave someone hanging no updates or anything. I definitely wont be taking my vehicles there anymore. One and done chance especially being a business work truck.”
