“One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a dealership. To give some context, I live almost 4 hours away from this dealership and had called/emailed numerous times requesting any and all information they had on the specific truck I was looking at. In this case a 2014 F-250. Was sent pics underneath the vehicle at my request and everything looked sound. Well made the long drive early in the morning with my wife and kid. Truck was not in lot and was in the service department. Already not a good sign. Nicholas, the salesman I was working with was late and had to wait on him. Take the truck for a test drive and after we got back I decided to lay under the truck to find a massive oil leak on the upper part of the oil pan. There was also a leak towards the bottom of oil pan and around the filter. Nothing was said about the oil leak and they were probably just hoping I wouldn’t see or notice it. Confronted Nicholas after test drive and was in denial about the problem. A day wasted and I hope who ever shops here looks at vehicles in depth. Don’t buy a problem from them they aren’t willing to fix but are willing to sell without disclosing the issues.”
