Every time I brought up reasonable concerns about the vehicle or tried to negotiate, he became defensive and hostile instead of addressing my questions professionally. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable—I simply asked if they would consider lowering the price by $200 or include a spare key, which many dealerships are willing to discuss. Instead, I was met with an attitude that made me feel like my questions were an inconvenience. Buying a car should be an exciting experience, but this one was stressful and uncomfortable from start to finish. Customer service and professionalism go a long way, and unfortunately, that was lacking here. I would recommend shopping elsewhere if you value respectful communication and a willingness to work with customers.”
