“Update: correcting my review from 5 stars to 1. The car has issues that should have been resolved before selling it. They sell the car “as-is” but also give you a 30-day warranty. We’ve tried to work with the dealership to resolve but they say they’re going to get back to us and then nothing. Would definitely NOT recommend. We had a great experience purchasing our vehicle from Pierre Ford! The entire process was smooth, easy, and stress-free from start to finish. Phil was wonderful to work with—friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. He answered all of our questions and made sure we felt comfortable with our purchase. We really appreciated how easy Pierre Ford made the entire car-buying experience. We would definitely recommend them, and we would happily work with Phil again in the future!”

“I recently brought my vehicle to Pierre’s Ford of Lynnwood for an electrical issue and paid $1,100 dollars total for a wiring repair. I expected a thorough, professional diagnostic process, especially given the cost. Unfortunately, the service fell severely short of standard industry practices. Shortly after getting the vehicle back, my girlfriend drove it to work the next morning and the check engine light illuminated again. When I contacted the service department, I was quoted an additional $500 - $800 for further repairs, with the service department framing it as though they were doing me a favor and "taking care of me." During this process, my in person interaction with the service advisor Maudie was incredibly frustrating. Instead of taking accountability, the advisor was dismissive and falsely accused me of messing up a part—a part that didn't even need to be replaced in the first place. Unsatisfied with the unprofessional treatment, I picked up my car and took it to an independent shop. They quickly found the root of the ongoing issue: more chewed wires located directly below the exact spot Pierre’s had just worked on. This was a glaring oversight that should have been caught during Pierre's initial diagnosis. Especially because the serviceman who worked on the fuel sensor wrapped the whole issue over with electrical tape and failed to fix the underlying issue I came in for in the first place. Having experience in automotive service management, I understand that electrical diagnostics can be complex. However, missing obvious damage in the immediate vicinity of a repair, attempting to upsell another $500 to cover up that mistake, and treating a customer poorly over the phone is entirely unacceptable. I strongly recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere for accurate diagnostics and respectful service.”
