“I never recommend a dealership for service work on a vehicle. Except for when it comes to an Infiniti. Folks buy “high end” junkers (BMW, Audi, Mercedes) for the “dealership” perks. Infiniti never falls short in customer service. My vehicles is nearly 20 years old, purchased in AZ and still, when I bring my G37 in, I am offered a ride home if I drop my vehicle off. Try that anywhere else, not happening. Infiniti of Lynnwood is top notch, as it pertains to their service department. The service manager is fantastic.”
