She always greets us in a friendly manner, communicates well on the status of our Kia and checks us out on the service that was completed. We will always take our Kia to the Lynchburg facility to have all our work completed.”

Left my car all day for update witch they didn't do and I had pictures proof before dropping they car off. Then they wanted me to bring the car back for another day. I decided to decline since I couldn't trust them to do the first time. The area service manager was great and wanted but this dealership need a complete overhaul for its service department.”
