“We had a great car buying experience with Rudy. We did not feel pressure from him and they were willing to work with us on the price. It was a positive and easy process.”

“I have a 2020 Kia Sportage and Kia of Lynchburg is the only place that has serviced my vehicle. I purchased my Kia at the Lynchburg facility. Stephanie is amazing and is very knowledgable about Kia vehicles. She always greets us in a friendly manner, communicates well on the status of our Kia and checks us out on the service that was completed. We will always take our Kia to the Lynchburg facility to have all our work completed.”

“I've worked with several different local and out-of-town dealerships, and Kia Lynchburg has surpassed them all. Their ability to communicate well, follow-up in an appropriate time, and also say sorry, when sorry may be needed is a huge asset to the effectiveness of the service department. I have not dealt with the sales department, but the service department(Stephanie specifically) has been wonderful to work with on multiple occasions. Wouldn't want to take my Kia Telluride anywhere else.”

“I am extremely disappointed with the service department at Kia of Lynchburg. After bringing my Kia Carnival in multiple times, I feel like I am being nickel-and-dimed with excessive diagnostic fees. In February, I paid a $205.88 diagnostic fee for an issue with the rear entertainment system, only to be told there is 'no remedy available.' Essentially, I paid $200 for them to tell me they couldn't help me. I returned in April for a check engine light. I was charged another $205.88 just to diagnose a faulty purge valve (Code P04DF00). When you add their $413 repair estimate on top of the diagnostic fee, they are asking over $600 for a simple valve replacement. Charging repeat customers over $200 every time a light comes on—even when they can't provide a solution—is not how you build loyalty. I expected better transparency and fairer pricing from a dealership. They don't care about customer loyalty or standing behind their vehicles; they just care about how many $200 'diag' fees they can stack on your bill. Save yourself the headache and the cash—take your Kia to an independent shop that actually knows how to treat people”

“This is my second review and still one star. The service team at this dealership is not good. Left my car all day for update witch they didn't do and I had pictures proof before dropping they car off. Then they wanted me to bring the car back for another day. I decided to decline since I couldn't trust them to do the first time. The area service manager was great and wanted but this dealership need a complete overhaul for its service department.”
