“6 month review of 2026 tungsten ram, the car sells department was the best part of the transaction. Other than that, it’s the only good thing I have to say about them. I’ve taken the truck back twice now for the klipsch sound system. EVERY TIME I go in is a waste of time, google reviews show tons of people having same issue. But all I hear is sorry we can’t duplicate the issue. So I recorded the issues, as the service advisor told me to do, I get in truck and it happens otw home every single time, was told they can’t go off that… 3 weeks ago now I was told they would call me Monday (3 weeks ago) to come get a rental truck so they could have it for awhile, I agreed (3 weeks ago). So now I have made an appointment at a more reputable ram dealer. They did their part to get me to spend the 100k now it’s wash their hands time. Sad day when a customer spends so much and got the added warranty to only be told every time sorry can’t do nothing. Save your money and buy a truck from someone who will stand behind their sales!!!! Not someone who “does it all” to make the sale then says no way when there’s an issue”
