“I had a glow plug out in my truck. I went up to the parts department and bought it 15 minutes before they closed. I asked if they had a mechanic that I can schedule to have the glow plug replaced with and the lady walked me over to the mechanic who said that he was going to stay after they closed just to get my truck working. I really wasn't expecting this and I felt like this was above and beyond the customer care of most businesses. It took The mechanic about 30 minutes to get me up and running again and the level of expertise and care they put into the mechanic work of my truck was phenomenal. I know that I will never go to another mechanic for repairs ever again! I'm truly grateful for how fast y'all got me into repair my truck and how cheap the price was! I was quoted two and three times as much at the other mechanic shops I had called about replacing my glow plug. Thank you guys so much for the outstanding customer service and professional mechanical repair!”

“I was able to get an alignment for my jeep Cherokee that same day. I was able to get a ride home take care of a few things and when it was done a different driver took me back there to pick up my vehicle. Both drivers were respectful and pleasant and got me where I needed to be safely. I paid, a little pricey but I get it, inflation and labor costs. Once done the supervisor checked on me to make sure everything was taken care of and even helped put my sticker on my car that was needed. I appreciated all help and overall they did great!”

“I’ve been here twice and the night and day difference was weird. The first time, it was a great experience - I just had an oil change. The second time, the service department wasn’t very welcoming or friendly. Also when I was waiting for my driver in the lounge, someone in the office across from it was yelling loudly at an employee. It was super uncomfortable. Like dude, close the door, talk softer, don’t yell at employees. Even if you are trying to make a point or help them, talk to them like an adult not a parent.”
