Take my 2016 Mercedes to Hoffman estates? Courtesy car no questions. Take my 2013 civic to Honda? Courtesy car no questions. Take my 2016 Cadillac here? Bunch of questions on how far I’m going and no courtesy car either way even though I asked for one when scheduling. I doubt it’s the employees fault for this so I didn’t give them a hard time. But I will drop this place a 1 star for how garbage the service is. For almost 2 grand in service you’d think you could get a ride for a day. Won’t go back. Wouldn’t recommend. Also found a shop towel in the engine bay, and everything smelled like break fluid which was also spilled all over the engine bay. Wanted to charge almost $200 and $150 to install an engine filter and cabin filter respectively that cost less than $20 each. Like any dealership everything is overpriced. But at least most of them give you a courtesy car. This one does not. Real nice…

We recently bought a 2026 Honda CR-V Hybrid Sport. Our salesperson, Joe Sanchez was knowledgeable of the vehicles we were interested in. He was extremely patient with our many questions and best of all was not a high pressured salesman. We recommend Napleton Honda and Joe Sanchez.

This review is wayyy overdue, but I had to share how great my purchase experience was with Charlie. I bought my Audi Q8 in Dec 2021 and now almost 2 years later everything has been awesome with the car. The financing was fantastic and easy and Charlie was super helpful on everything I needed with the car. Additionally, he was able to help my wife out with some information she needed for her Audi which was unrelated to this purchase. I'll definitely be coming back to him and Napleton Auto Werks when I'm ready for an upgrade. Everything was awesome and I couldn't have asked for a smoother purchasing process!
