Whenever I stop in for a service visit and he notices, he comes over to see how things are going. His thoughtfulness doesn't go unnoticed and is definitely appreciated. My experience with the service department has also been great. Rob is an excellent manager and whether I am working with Greg or Vince, the service is very customer focused and professional. I'm very particular about servicing my vehicles and can probably be a bit of a pain in the butt if I'm being honest, but I've always felt the communication was clear and they've been very accommodating to my quirks, such as pulling fluid samples for me to inspect or send in to have analyzed. I would recommend Anderson to anyone looking to buy or service a Toyota without hesitation. Appreciate everything fellas!”
