“I just bought a used vehicle from Loveland Ford. Mike was my salesperson and was one of the best I’ve ever worked with. He was responsive, friendly, and gave me exactly the deal I wanted. I asked to do everything we could via text or email in advance because I hate spending 4 hours at a dealership. True to his word, we were in and out in record time and felt great about the entire process. Juan was fantastic as well! We love our new car and will definitely return for future cars.”

“I purchased a 2016 Honda CRV AWD in June of 2025. The entire staff was amazing. On February 25th this year my vehicle out of nowhere was making a extremely loud rattling sound from cold start. I called Loveland Ford service department and spoke with Gary (The technician writer). Gary had my car valet picked up the very next day. Id personally recommended him to anyone! Gary is kind, respectful, professional, and meets and exceeds customer satisfaction. Currently Gary is working with me to resolve all issues that have risen. Loveland Ford is lucky to have such a great employee. Sincerely Georgette Hunt.”

“I’m on the road much of the year and bring my vehicle into various Ford dealerships around the country for maintenance and repairs so I know what I’m saying when I tell you Loveland Ford is top notch amongst them all!
The people at this location are always welcoming and friendly. Whenever I call them it isn’t difficult to get a helpful actual human being on the phone to answer my questions or schedule an appointment. They’ve proved themselves to be trustworthy and excellent at keeping me informed and communicating at every step along the way. In addition I’ve never been refused a ride by one of their drivers when dropping off my vehicle or picking it up
I will continue to prioritize bringing my vehicle to Loveland Ford over all the other area Ford dealerships because I LOVE LOVELAND FORD!!!”

“I waited six months before posting this because I wanted to calm down and give Loveland Ford every chance to make things right. Six months later, nothing has been fixed, and thinking about the experience still makes my blood boil.
I bought a nearly new truck here. The first red flag was pricing games: a $700 “dealer handling fee” and roughly $600 for window etching. Only after strong pushback were those reduced. That is not what I expect from a dealership that advertises itself as honest and “farmer owned.”
My salesman, Jesse “JJ” Yeminez, told me the truck had no obvious issues and was in excellent condition. The online listing also didn’t show any photos of the bed. When I arrived, the bed was badly scratched and chewed up. Not a deal-breaker, but absolutely not disclosed.
While still on the lot, I heard a loud, inconsistent ticking/rattle from underneath the truck and asked JJ if that was normal. He said it sounded normal. It was not. Fewer than 1,000 miles later the truck was being diagnosed for a turbo/wastegate problem already covered by an active Ford TSB. This was a known issue. A competent Ford dealership should recognize both the noise and the bulletin. I was told the truck was “fine” when it clearly wasn’t.
Ford’s connected vehicle system still shows my truck registered to the previous owner, which means I cannot use remote start or app features. Only a dealer can fix this. I was promised a follow-up call the next day. I never heard from them, and six months later it is still unresolved.
The truck also did not include an owner’s manual. I emailed the manager. His literal response was that if the salesperson promised a manual, I needed to “take that up with him.” No solution and no follow-up.
Paperwork and administration were just as sloppy. I specifically asked for copies of every document I signed and was promised scans of all paperwork. I later had to chase them just to get part of it. My title was mailed to the wrong address even after discussing my address at closing. The tax refund check was issued to the wrong person entirely, and I now have to get it re-issued.
One last thing sums up the attitude: after driving hours to buy this truck, my other Ford developed a worrying noise. I did not ask for a repair or diagnostic. I simply asked if a technician could listen for a minute and tell me if it seemed safe to drive home. They refused outright.
Any one of these issues would be irritating. All together — the $600 window etching add-on, excessive dealer fee, undisclosed condition issues, missing owner’s manual brushed off by management, paperwork mistakes, title sent to the wrong address, a tax check issued to the wrong person, no follow-up, a known TSB defect shrugged off as “normal,” and refusal to even offer a basic safety opinion — it became a genuinely awful buying experience.
I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing from Loveland Ford to think twice.”
