My closest friend recently purchased his automobile from this dealership, and the experience was exceptionally positive. This establishment is characterized by its unwavering integrity, a quality that is rare in the industry. The service center is of exceptional quality, and I have since commenced bringing my Chevrolet to this dealership exclusively.

Highly disappointed with my experience at this dealership. I most recently purchased a 2019 Buick Envision on 3/9/2026. While signing paperwork, the vehicle was detailed and the year sticker that was in the upper corner was removed, and it revealed a crack in the windshield underneath where it laid. This pre-existing damage was not disclosed to me during the sale, and after further inspection, I found dozens of chips and pits all over the windshield, as well as it being completely sand blasted. I let the dealership know right away, and they requested that I send a photo, which I did. I got on the phone with Keith, who said that he would send out his glass guy to come repair the chips, which can reasonably be assumed to be an admission of their liability in this case. I let him know that the damage was irreparable, and that it would need to be replaced. I have first hand experience with working with this kind of damage, as I am a licensed insurance agent, and work with glass shops on a regular basis. He insisted on sending the glass guy out to repair the chips, anyway, and said that we would go from there. Two days later, after calling every day, the glass professional came to my work to fill chips. He proceeded to fill 18 chips, which is unheard of. I called around to 6 different glass shops, and asked each one of them how many chips they would consider to be too many to repair, before considering the glass in need of replacement. Each one of them told me "three," which is industry standard. I called Keith immediately, yet another time, and let him know that the glass guy came, told him the number of chips repaired, and that there is no way of telling whether he got them all. I stressed the fact that the structural integrity of the windshield was compromised, and unsafe to be driving around with. He let me know that he would get quotes to replace the windshield, and follow up to schedule. I called several times after that, with no response, as well as emailing him. I found out that he had gone on vacation, so I waited until he returned to call again. Fast forward to today, 3/26/26, I called and finally reached Keith, who told me that they decided that they would not be replacing my windshield, after all. Obviously upset, I reminded him of our last conversation, where he confirmed that it would be replaced. He let me know that he talked to his manager, and they decided that they were no longer going to be replacing the windshield, and shockingly suggested that I use my glass coverage on my auto insurance to have it replaced. In doing this, instead of keeping his word, he recommended that I both break the law and jeopardize my insurance licenses, by committing insurance fraud, as glass coverage does not cover pre-existing damage. I asked to speak to his supervisor, so he passed me on to Matt, who proceeded to double down on their decision to backtrack on their word to rectify the situation, and replace my windshield. He told me, even though he wasn't there, that Keith never said that they would replace the windshield, and even went so far as to tell me that the windshield was never damaged while in their possession, even though the dealership already admitted liability for the damage, by authorizing initial repairs, in the first place. After dodging my calls, dragging this process out, attempting a band-aid approach to an irreparable windshield (putting mine and my child's safety, as well as other drivers on the road, in jeopardy), agreeing to replacement, dodging my calls more, and then backtracking, telling me that they were no longer going to make this right, suggesting that I break the law and risk my licenses, and tell me that I am lying, I am utterly disgusted at the lack of professionalism shown here. This was my 2nd purchase from this dealership, and it's safe to say that I will never purchase from them again. I also mentioned that I am well connected with a lot of people in the region. The community will definitely be hearing about this, and I will continue to escalate this further, if necessary.

It’s been a couple of months, I wanted to give my honest opinion on these guys. I own a 2022 GMC sierra, I wanted to take it to a dealer to repair an oil leak the right way. I dropped it off with the expectation it would be fixed. Dropped it off on a Friday, told me it would be a few days, no big deal. $4k to fix altogether. Includes a tire repair and patch I needed. Monday I receive a call the oil leak is fixed. I pick it up, get it home. A few hours later I go outside. The entire contents of oil in the engine leaked all over my driveway. I call, they send some people over to clean up and take the vehicle. The patched tire they fixed is still leaking air. I get a loaner. A few days later, I get a call and they tell me it’s fixed. Get it home, it’s good. A few weeks later I check and it’s still leaking oil. I brought it back in to see what’s up with it (we’re on try 3 now) and they tell me it’s going to be another 7k to fix it!! So 4 grand in, the vehicle is still leaking profusely. The GM Josh spins some nonsense about the master techs and offers me to trade it in instead. So, a useless offer. No help even though they botched the repair multiple times. Don’t waste your time with service, this dealership is fraudulent and their techs don’t know what they’re doing.

Our salesperson (Colin C.) was amazing!! He represented the dealership and Buick/GMC brand very well. He was knowledgeable, honest and absolutely wonderful to deal with all around. The entire Loveland GMC team was welcoming, the dealership was clean and well-organized. We will definitely be returning to Loveland GMC for the next vehicle!

Getting the particular Model Y I was looking for was no easy feat for Marek. Amazing that he drove over 2 hours just to make sure I got the car by the time that I needed it. You’d be fortunate to catch him available if you stop by!
