“I have recently left a review, but I want to point out something that happened. I had wrecked my car the week before and had no car. I found a ride out to Doug Justus and went to look at cars. I bought my car this previous Saturday. On the same day, I had some trouble with the car. I called Doug Justus (30 minutes to close) and told them the situation. The manager at the time, I believe was Shaun, spoke with him and he agreed to get it looked at and towed for free. I also told him I had no way to pick it up and agreed to have delivered back as well. They called me this past Monday and explained it was the transmission. They asked me if I would like the transmission replaced or to get credit for a new car. I loved the car I chose and said replace the transmission. He said they would get it taken care of never saying anything about a price. This place is without a doubt a genuinely great place to buy cars. They will not skim you, not scam you, not bs you, they will work with you to the best of their ability. This is the 2nd car for myself and about 5th of others I know. Everyone and I mean everyone I know says good things, and in this day and age, this kind of business sense is almost unheard of. The care and pride they take in their work is extraordinary, they are just amazing. Thank you all at Doug Justus for what feels like the customer service experience I have honestly ever had in my life. I seriously still can't express the level of gratitude I have toward Shaun and everyone one at your place.
