“I just bought a Jeep Renegade from Doug Justus Auto and found them to be exceptional. Unlike other car dealerships, the staff isn’t in your face and pushy. When I went to test drive my car, they handed me the keys and told me to take it for a spin (without one of them with me). This gave me the chance to really check it out without all the pressure. The day I bought it, it broke down on the way home. When they reopened they sprung to action and towed it back to their shop (on a holiday). They gave me a loaner car while my car was repaired. Within two days, they called to tell me they replaced the fuel pump and it was ready for pickup. Many car dealerships would have pushed back and tried to avoid accountability but these guys really did go the extra mile to make sure I was in a good vehicle. I dealt with Thomas and he was great. Ask for him when you go in. One more thing: when you’re reading some of these other reviews, keep in mind that you are buying a used car and no dealership is going to guarantee it forever. It’s your responsibility to have the car checked out and to do it yourself. The folks at Doug Justice give you the space to do just that. I highly recommend them and have had a wonderful experience so far!”

“They had a nice selection of cars. Found a car I liked, but after a test drive I noticed the check engine light was on. I talked to the sales person about it and they told me not to worry about it and they spend some time thinking about a reason. After a few minutes they said it was probably emissions or something. If I am going to be paying $15k+, I am not going to risk a check engine light. So they said they would call me back after their mechanic checked it. I never got a call back. So I went to Armenia Motors where they gave me no shenanigans and it was straightforward.”
