“Nathan was excellent during the initial sales process—very responsive and efficient. I was able to complete the purchase and get the car on the same day, which I appreciated. However, the experience after the sale was a complete 180. Follow-ups on important matters (especially documentation and title processing) received little to no response. I was then directed to Ezra, the branch manager, who was supposed to assist—but unfortunately, the response was almost nonexistent as well. This is very disappointing, especially when escalation leads to the same lack of communication. Even if there isn’t an immediate answer, a simple acknowledgment or update would make a big difference. The silence is what frustrates customers the most. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealership for after-sales support. Customers deserve consistent service, not just good service before the deal is closed.”
