“Took my Jeep in for a Factory Recall repair. They were lightning quick. I expected to have to spend a good amount of time waiting for the work to be completed, but they knocked it out in less than an hour. Communication was great as well. The text/e-mail reminders about the appointment were very helpful. The only reason it's not a five-star review is that the customer lounge was not very comfortable. It was covered in outdated flyers, had uncomfortable chairs, was hot/muggy and not very clean. I get that the service department/shop is going to be dirty, but the customer-facing areas could use some TLC. That said, I wouldn't hesitate to take my vehicle back to them.”

“I am not happy with the customer service at all. After taking my truck in, received multiple text that my vehicle was ready and never received information on the issue found out that was mistaken automatic text messages. When called to get information on my vehicle I spent 10 minutes verifying I know my last name. That I was calling the right location. That I drove my truck in. Then questioned if I had my truck towed in. Then asked if I spell my name differently. To find out they spelled my name completely wrong than what was on the paper. Then multiple phone calls later to get updates no answers but would text me back. After getting truck back took back up there cause it did not sound right. Dropped truck off on Wednesday after. Expecting to get it back maybe Friday. After hearing nothing I wait till Monday at noon to call get an update. My vehicle was ready Friday at 9:29 am. So I had to find transportation for the weekend for no reason. Computer stated work was complete on a flush and fill but had not been done. So also had to do that at the 2nd trip. Even when I asked to speak to. Service manager that was no help. Communication is not good. I am not happy with the customer service service at all”
