“Bait and switch. We see a car we are interested in car is available online. We call the dealership to make sure the car is available. They say it is so we drive an hour to test drive the car. The manager turns us over to a salesman who goes and gets the car, keep in mind it is still available at this point. We test drive the car. Said car runs out of gas on test drive. We let that slide.
Car is good , we want to buy the car. Salesman says he will get the manager as we walk into the dealership again. The salesman brings his manager to talk numbers.. The manager says do you like the car? We say yes. He asks if we are interested in making a deal today We say yes. So we sit down to talk numbers with the manager. We Tell them we are paying cash..... He goes to his "manager" to run the numbers, which is I guess the euphemism for saying going to pretend you're running the numbers because you're not going to sell the car at the price advertised.... He comes back and says suddenly the car is not available. His quote I'm sorry the car was sold to "Infiniti or something". Tries to shrug it off is it was one of those kind of things... it's not. It's clearly an attempt to get people into another vehicle or into the finance office. You can tell they've run this script countless times. Unfortunately I've seen it before and we know what to do. FTC worthy of complaint type deceptive. CDMV , CDJ complaint to follow as well. This happens in California way too often. Your best bet stay away from this type of behavior take your business elsewhere. Don't waste your time don't waste your gas. Make sure you check your pockets before you leave if you go into the finance office. If they won't sell you a car for cash you're probably being taken for a ride literally and figuratively”

“I just picked up my brand-new Infiniti QX80 a few weeks ago, and I have to say—it’s exactly what I needed and more! This full-size luxury SUV is an absolute beast in the best way possible. The twin-turbo 3.5L V6 engine delivers smooth, powerful acceleration (450 hp and 516 lb-ft of torque feels effortless whether merging onto the freeway or towing), and the ride is surprisingly refined and quiet for such a big vehicle. The interior is stunning—those massive dual 14.3-inch screens with Google built-in make navigation and entertainment seamless, the seats are incredibly comfortable (ventilated and massaging options are a game-changer in LA traffic), and there’s so much space for the family or gear in all three rows.
I’ve been loving every drive so far—the handling is better than I expected for its size, and features like ProPILOT Assist make long commutes way less stressful. Fuel economy is even decent for what this thing is. It’s luxurious without feeling over-the-top flashy, and it stands out on the road.
A huge shoutout to Fernando Enriquez and the entire team at Infiniti of Downtown LA—they made the whole process incredibly smooth and enjoyable. Fernando was knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to answer all my questions and get me the exact configuration I wanted. No high-pressure sales tactics, just great service from start to finish. If you’re in the market for a QX80 (or any Infiniti), ask for Fernando—you won’t regret it!
I went with a new one (not used), and I highly recommend buying new from me— the latest tech, full warranty, that fresh-off-the-lot feel, and all the newest features make it worth every penny. No compromises
Highly recommend this SUV and this dealership. Thrilled with my purchase”

“BUYER BEWARE! Stay away at all costs. 🍋 🍋 We came to this dealership 1.5 weeks ago and were looking to buy our first car, which is a used 2025 Toyota Corolla with about 13k miles priced at around 20k online. Immediately we were met with Sales Agent and Manager who showed us all the add ons they have for the car, increasing the price almost 5k. After they tried to talk us into financing, we told them we had a credit union to which we were met with a million questions on the rate, amount etc (as expected). We put our foot down and told them the price we wanted but after a soul-sucking haggling experience, I don’t recommend this place to anyone. We got the price we wanted but found out about a week later that the passenger headlight is not working whatsoever. I called Sales agent Pamela and asked about the limited dealer warranty who delightfully told me that since we drove it off the lot, there is no warranty and “the light was working when you drove it off the lot” and that we would need to bring it in. (Despite signing a form about a limited dealer warranty btw) After taking it to a local Toyota dealer, turns out the front headlight is cracked completely and needs to be replaced (about 1700$ btw). I’m writing this review to spread awareness and to be careful about this place.”
