“I just took delivery of my new RS6 Avant Performance from Audi Downtown LA, and the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, the process was smooth, transparent, and completely hassle-free, exactly how a high-end purchase should feel. Before coming here, we had gone to another Southern California Audi dealership where things went sideways fast. After we were deep into the deal, they suddenly introduced a $32,000 dealer markups, some of which should have already been flagged as part of the advertised price, that had never been disclosed upfront. Needless to say, we walked out. It felt like a bait-and-switch and left a bad impression. Audi Downtown LA was the complete opposite. Every number was clearly laid out, every step was explained, and there were no surprise add-ons or last-minute games. Diego Medina, my sales advisor, was excellent; professional, straightforward, and respectful of my time. He made the entire process easy and kept everything transparent from the first conversation to delivery. You can tell he takes pride in doing things the right way and he knows the brand well. Communication was clear, pricing was transparent, and the paperwork process was efficient and straightforward. Buying a car like an RS6 Avant Performance should be exciting, not stressful and this dealership absolutely delivered on that promise. Hugo (Sales) was great from minute one. Relaxed, helpful, and informative. No hype, no assumptive close, no creating false scarcity - just open, clear, and easy to have a straight conversation with.
