“Purchased a used 2017 Outback from Bud Clary and the entire process was great. The car was inspected and cleaned and they answered all our questions and any concerns we had about the vehicle. The finance process was also low pressure and was fairly quick. I appreciated the direct, clear and honest communication while doing the final paper. The finance depart did go over other options in regards to gap insurance and other possible coverage and when decided to pass on purchasing the additional coverage there were no additional pressure to purchase the other options. I also appreciate the additional warranty of the car even though it is several years old and the 2 free extra oil changes and tire rotations. The sales staff were very friendly and low pressure. I feel the sale price of the vehicle was fair based on age, mileage and the condition of the exterior and interior of the Outback. We drove over an hour to get to the dealership and feel it was well worth the trip coming from Portland. Total time from walking onto the lot to driving away in the car was just under 3 hours.”
