“Would not recommend doing business here as it has been a headache from the start. My husband and I decided to trade in our vehicles here as I was getting a new car and him a new company work truck for his business. We traded in his old truck as a down payment on his new truck and before we even had the new truck signed over they had sold his old truck. We bought truck #1 and took it home and THE NEXT DAY, not even 24 hours later, it was having issues and would not start. The dealership had it towed and said it was a lost cause and we would have to find a different truck. So we went with truck #2 and not even a week into having it the water pump went out and we had to wait over a month for a specific part to come in because they said they could only order it from one place. My husband owns his own business and needed a truck so they gave us a rental and charged us the mileage on it knowing we couldn't use his truck! After waiting for this part to come in, the dealership informed me that if I did not lie to my finance company that the truck was fixed and in my possession, which it was not fixed, that we would have to cancel our contract because the dealership wasn't getting the check. My husband and I decided we were done dealing with them and requested our old truck back to which we were told they had already sold it in auction and sold it with his original tags on it and racked up a $50 toll ticket and told us there was nothing they could do to help or fix this situation. Not to mention with the car they sold me, they had sent my tags 4 hours away and we are still waiting for them to be sent back. When I asked for a new temp tag because mine expired they told me the lady who does that wasn't there and they couldn't help me until she returned. It has been an uphill battle with this dealership and I have been told many lies from them and I wish we had gone elsewhere to begin with. They only want to squeeze as much money out of you as they can!”
