“I have to say that my experience at this dealership was such a different experience in comparison to many others I went to. In short it was One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family and they have earned a lifetime customer with me. This was my experience. As opposed to my last car buying experience, I wasn’t kept there for hours and hours on end. It was so much faster than I expected. I arrived at about 3:00 PM and was done by 6:30 PM. My family was expecting me to be done by 10:00 PM. In the car buying process you should always expect to try to work out a deal and go back and forth with the finance manager and that was the case but I did feel like my sales associate, Brian, did a great job making me feel like he genuinely wanted to help me out. I also appreciate that they were open to me negotiating since there were a few dealerships that did not want to negotiate due to my vehicle trim and color being highly sought after. The person that completes the paperwork also did not feel pushy. I’m really quick to pick up on those pushy sales people vibes or when they are being inauthentic disguised as trying to be authentic. I didn’t get any of those vibes, they actually felt like real human beings and I felt like I was being treated like a real human being not just like $$$$. Even though my husband was with me I was doing the negotiating and I didn’t feel disregarded and they still included my husband in the conversations. There was a good balance going. Obviously the people working there are doing a job at the end of the day but for some reason it was such a great vibe.”

“Expect great customer service when you purchase a vehicle from this dealership, but don’t expect it when you bring your car in for service. It took me 4 hours just to get my service advisor on the phone for an update. Today I picked up a loaner car and they gave it to me completely dirty. The inside has thick dust on the dash, back seats are dirty, and it was hard to see through the windshield. I wanted to tell them before I left, but knowing their customer service, I would’ve been waiting over a couple hours for a quick 15 minute wash. My family and I have been coming here for 15 years. We all agree not to purchase another car from Harbor Hyundai.”
