“5 stars for our sales person Karisa. And 0 stars for finance. Asking my wife to sign her new title before discussing service plans, interest rates, or gap coverage. If I was not there, they would have finalized the entire deal without giving her the most basic and necessary information to decide if it’s a good deal or not. They didn’t call or provide any type of information prior to our arrival but had the entire deal printed and ready to sign with no gap coverage on a 2022 Traverse with a high interest rate. A recipe for disaster. Do better. Happy with the car, absolutely disappointed with the closing of the deal. Communication F. For Fail.”

“I walked into Lomira Auto as a customer I didn’t expect to be treated like family. The most amazing experience I’ve had looking for a vehicle. Mason is a young salesman there, it’s nice to see someone that young with the confidence and commitment that he has. His customer service was beyond my expectations actually everyone at Lomira Auto was nothing short of excellent. “We drove down from Green Bay on Friday to look at a 2020 Escape Titanium, but ended up buying a 2024 Escape Platinum. The whole experience was outstanding. They even upped the price given for our trade in vehicle so we could stay within our targeted monthly payment. The wife loves her new Escape, and I would highly recommend Lomira Auto if you are in the market for a new vehicle. Thanks again to the Lomira team for an A+ experience. When I'm ready for a new truck I will be checking out their inventory first before anybody else.”

“Buckle up folks this is gonna be a long one….firstly bought an explorer from them, purchased the extended warranty, everything was great. Got some work done that was covered under the warranty and it was all great….until it wasn’t. My check engine light kept coming on kept taking it, they said they fixed it, they didn’t, we basically would drop it back off immediately after picking up because the light was still on. They gave us fair market value even with the light on so we traded it in. Which leads us to our 2nd vehicle purchased, again had a great experience we went with a 2019 Lincoln nautilus with 32,000 miles and again purchased the extended the warranty. Replaced the battery in February with no issues. In ausgust the battery kept dying. We took it in September 2nd, they replaced the battery stating it was bad, picked it up the next day on a Wednesday, the rear wipers didn’t work and the front wipers only worked on high and the airbag light was on. By Friday night the car was dead again, less than 3 days later! Took it back in and it was there for almost an entire month! First they said the module in the steering column was bad, so they “replaced” that, then they couldn’t get it recalibrate. Finally they claimed they fixed it, which I knew they didn’t because I have received more than enough notifications on my car app that they messed it up worse, claimed it would be ready the following day they came in and the battery was dead, which we knew already from the app, so we knew it wouldn’t be ready. When my husband called numerous times he kept getting ignored. They then called back and LIED because they messed it up more and there was still a consistent draw clearly killing my battery because it was dead again which they never mentioned until I did and then they had to back track. They then proceeded to say it was water damage and they pulled every single panel in my car apart, it was in pieces! This whole process took another week! They still can’t find the draw though even after “replacing the bad module and recalibrating it”. We were finally able to pick the car up after 3 days shy of a month, it still had a draw that they couldn’t find….NONE of the steering wheel buttons worked so instead of mph I had km and I couldn’t change it because they messed all the wiring up in the steering column. So they let us leave with the vehicle knowing the draw was still there and said “just take the clip off of the battery every time you shut it off so it doesn’t drain the battery” ummm what, that in itself is ridiculous! We Immediately drove it to the ford dealership in west bend, explained everything that happened…….the idiot parts changers at Lomira auto NEVER recalibrated the module like they said they did, like they charged the warranty company (which was also reported to the warranty company by ford) and the part that they changed didn’t even need to be changed (which was also reported) Well the ford dealership found all the problems in an hour! Oh but the best part is….the part that was causing the draw…..couldn’t have been from any type of water unless the entire car was submerged in a lake! Instead of actually fixing the problem they just throw random new parts in hoping that will fix it, when it doesn’t they stuck a bandaid on it and hope you go away. I’m also certain they sell every vehicle in hopes you don’t purchase the warranty because their vehicles are garbage. They also stuck a bandaid on the explorer and resold it knowing the engine was bad. We have purchased 2 vehicles from them and we will NEVER step foot on that property again! My husband even tried calling the owner about this situation and he didn’t even have the common decency to call him back!!”

“I met with Jake and he was the most non “ salesy “ I have ever seen when buying an Auto. But he knew every little thing about the truck I was looking at. Had it clean and washed and out from when I arrived. He even took the tape off my window where the dealer sticker was instead of me having to mess with it T home after I bought it !!!
Amazing experience !!’
Brent from Finance is also non threatening and easy going.
