“I usually only shop for vehicles at new car dealerships, however I saw a vehicle on a web search and decided to give it a look. I’m not sorry I did. I talked with Jon and set up an appointment to see it. I put down $500 - refundable- to hold it and start the credit options. The truck was as described and very clean. It was in very fine condition. It seemed like a low ball offer on my trade in, so I privately sold my vehicle. After talking with friends I discovered that the offer was in deed not low for the market. Someone traded a similar vehicle to Bergstrom and was offered less. When I got home it had a small issue that was missed during inspection. I notified them and they told me not to worry they would take care of it. And they had their service department correct it in a timely manner. Lomira Auto has all the amenities of a major lot with a hometown feel. I’m very happy with the entire team that I worked with. Give them a look, you might be pleasantly surprised. 1year and 11,000 carefree miles on, I’m still very happy. I still get compliments on my truck. Great dealership.”

“Honestly, i’m very impressed with this dealership. I live around 3 hours away from Lomira. My parents found a reasonably priced vehicle on their way home from Milwaukee. I went and picked up the car and they made the buying process really smooth. They looked into different banks to get me the absolutely best rate for a loan and I had a really nice sales person. On the way home I ran into some issues with the car and I called them to ask what I do, they had a toe truck come get me and the car, replaced everything free of charge & even DELIVERED IT TO MY APARTMENT. The car is running perfectly now & I LOVE it!! I know many dealerships would just say that it’s not their problem once you take it home. “Good Morning, I am reaching out to you this morning about your sales guru Joel Schulz. My husband and I had purchased a vehicle from Joel at your Neenah location less than 2 years ago. I was in a total loss accident on March 27th. With any vehicle loss there is a claims process. Joel made sure he reached out to check on me- to see how I was doing. After the accident we had claims with progressive, Carco, and needed to end out extended warranty coverage Joel was there for any questions I had or documents I needed assistance with. I have now had a few months of physical therapy on my arm after reconstructive surgery and a plate with 9 screws. I am doing leaps and bounds better.
