“I recently purchased a vehicle from Mountain West Auto Group in Logan, just before Thanksgiving. Although it’s been a few months, I wanted to share my experience because it was truly exceptional. From the start, I worked with Jaxon, who quickly found the perfect truck for me—a Silver Ford F-150. While it was a plane Jane pickup at first, Jaxon seamlessly handed me off to Timmie, a top-notch salesman who helped finalize the sale. Together with Timmie and Jaxon’s support, we kicked off an exciting build that included window tinting, upgraded wheels and tires, and a 3.5” lift. The real transformation happened when I connected with Bridger (living day Bob Ross). He was incredibly easy to work with and completely understood my vision for the truck. With his expertise, we added a blacked-out grille, blacked-out badges, and all the lettering painted orange, turning my dream into reality. I bought the truck sight unseen, placing my complete trust in Jaxon, Timmie, and Bridger. They all exceeded my expectations and truly hit it out of the park. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and highly recommend Mountain West Auto Group for anyone in search of a vehicle! Only thing not perfect about the truck is there is a a little scratch on the bed that’s there that didn’t know about but it’ll get fixed one day! I’ll be back to build my next truck with MWMOTOR!”

“I have been looking for a new 3.0L diesel truck for several months. I recently purchased one from Mountain West Auto Group in Logan, UT and had an excellent experience working with Trey. Trey is a young and motivated salesman who values customer service above all else. I live 10hrs away from where the truck and dealership were located and that did not inhibit my experience at all. I called to inquire about the vehicle and within 5min had a video sent to me from Trey introducing himself. Then he sent a thorough video of the vehicle highlighting all sides, interior/exterior and addressed all my questions. They forwarded a CarFax. I was able to send them videos/photos/info on my vehicle and they provided a value for my trade. We were able to work out a deal that worked for everyone involved and the finance team was able to pair me up with a local credit union that is close to my home. Once I decided to move forward with the deal, there was still the issue of getting my vehicle down to the dealership 10hrs away and bringing back the new truck. They quickly came up with a solution and had a driver meet me halfway on the weekend. I signed the paperwork, exchanged vehicles and was able to trade in my vehicle and drive away my new truck the day after we closed the deal. Within 5min of picking up the new truck Trey called and followed up with me to ensure that I was happy with my purchase and the exchange. He then followed up the next week to make sure I received all the paperwork via Email and asked if there was anything else he could do to ensure I had a positive experience. I would highly recommend working with Trey and Mountain West Auto Group for your vehicle purchase. Trey is motivated and will go to great lengths to ensure your experience is 5 stars!!!”
