“Around the 1st of April, my husband and I began a search for a used vehicle. Our priorities were that it be reliable and one that I am comfortable driving in all weather conditions. Long story – short - in a few weeks’ time we got a good dose of some disappointing dealerships and salesmen. It was Friday, April 17th when I contacted Heritage Auto in No. Logan & spoke to Bret Davis for the 1st time. Immediately, I had the sense that we had finally located a reliable and honest person to deal with. He understood what we were looking for and, working with a partner dealership, by the next day had a couple of vehicles for us to look at and test drive. Because it was Saturday & No. Logan is about 135 miles from our home, we made an appointment for Monday morning, the 21st. When we met Bret, it was obvious that my initial impressions were on target. He had two vehicles delivered to the So. Logan dealership, so we would not have to drive any further. Understanding my hesitancy to test drive in the mid-day traffic, Bret guided us to some side streets that were much less stressful. We decided to purchase one of the two, a Jeep Rubicon. This was further validation of Bret’s spot-on sales instincts. Francisco Munoz, the personable and proficient Finance / Insurance Advisor, completed the purchase paperwork and reviewed several insurance options with us. Our positive experience extended beyond Bret and Francisco. Everyone we met, at Heritage Auto, was welcoming and professional. Due to medical reasons my husband doesn’t drive, consequently we were unable to get our Rubicon home. Bret magnanimously offered to drive the 135 miles, followed by his wife, to make the delivery in person. That’s a total 270 mile round-trip on their own dime & time – Very Impressive!! Lastly – It has been one month since our purchase. Our Rubicon was given a clean bill of health by our trusted local mechanic, and we enjoy it every day. “Freaking could not be happier! My boyfriend and I came in to Heritage with the worst attitude and biggest potty mouths. I had bought a jeep 4XE 2022 and have had nothing but troubles… I was DONE!! Bret Davis, Micah Gorham & Micah Jones were the ones that made the miracle happen! We realize this was Jeep problem, and not a Heritage problem. It didn’t matter… They listened with patience and understanding. They helped us out and we zipped out of there with pep in our step and huge smiles on our faces in a new vehicle! Earlier I swore in my wrath I would never buy from them again. But they did me right! I was moved to giddy tears (in the privacy of my new ride). I will NEVER own a Jeep again!! “SO hang in there this may be a long one. I have bought two used cars here, A DTS Cadillac and a VW Passat i bought there plan with both cars did not need it with the Caddy but VW threw surprises at us. First one was a plastic handle on the passenger seat was broken I took it back service dept. Killed it got the parts fixed it all good nothing for almost a year then I noticed oil in the parking spot. Ugh stress right through the roof. I am 57 used to be able to fix my own rides but now well handicapped parking spaces should be enough of a hint. Can't do that stuff anymore. Again back to service dept. Long story short, 5 leaks timing belt cover, cracked oil housing, oil plug, and a couple others. 1,100.00 in parts. The plan covered e erything except the 16.00 oil filter labor 0, 0 deductible. Thank you Heritage for your excellent service and your sales team was also great when we bought the cars. All this weeks before Xmas, thanks Santa Heritage and all your service Elves! 100% satisfaction”

“If I could leave a 6 star review I would but 5 stars will have to suffice. I just bought a new Jeep Wrangler here and couldn't be more pleased with the experience. I had a specific set of requirements for my new Jeep and my salesperson, Kaleb and the GM, Milt went above and beyond to search for a vehicle that suited me. In the end, they made me such a great deal on a vehicle that was already on the lot I was able to get MORE than I was shopping for at a very good price. Micah i Finance was great to work with and got us throught e preocess quickly and with not much pressure on buying extras. I have bought many, many new vehicles in my life and this was definately the best buying experience I have ever had!”
