“If i could give negative stars i would.. the service dept as well as management especially Chris who is head of service and higher manager paul collins are horrible and not helpful at all. My advisor was Aria who has no knowledge of cars and will not answer her phone or call back. My car was at heinrich for an issue and all started out great i found out the next day all i needed was a battery and a fuel pump.. i gave the ok for both to proceed.. 4 days later after multiple calls to Aria unanswered i dealt with Chris and was assured it was being taken care of but the pump needed to be ordered. Fast forward to 10 days later and multiple calls every day to any one who would answer a phone i found out my car was just sitting apart with no answers or rental offer from heinrich. I told them to put it back together and i was coming to get it. I asked Paul collins for a detailed bill on what was done and hours spent and was hung up on, a half hour later i was told all work was free and get it out of there. My battery was never swapped and i am not sure what was looked into on the fuel pump but was told by Aria it would be between 1100$-1200$. I took it to auto zone as soon as i left and had my battery and alternator checked and all was more than fine. Weird once questions are asked everything becomes free and my car is available in an hour. The service dept at Heinrich are a bunch of crooks, do not go here for anything. Customer service is awful top to bottom, will never be going back and will caution everyone from using them. I am reporting all of the to GM and maybe they will straighten them out.”
