I brought my 2019 F-150 in because it was making noise under the hood and the heater wouldn’t work properly. They checked it and I was told that the water pump was bad. They changed the water pump. The heater still wouldn’t work so they said the heater core was bad so they changed that. Then they told me that the heater blend doors were not working properly so they had to find the problem and they did Finley fix everything but their technicians don’t take pride in their work. The inside of the windshield had grease smudges all over it and they left an old part on the passenger side floor.

To all people that came to this dealer to performance any kind of service be aware, I brought my truck to do alignment, they supposed to check , caster camber and toe but they only do a toe wichs it take no more the 15 min my wife pick it up, when I see the numbers and marks that I make in my truck they never touch camber which was -1.5 one side and the other one was -1.2 I went to talk to the lady in the front and she talk to the " technician " said, he misunderstood the message cause I live overnight, so she came and say they will fix , so brought it back , pick it up again got home and guess wath they dint touch it and give to mi wife a paper with the same readings before but my marks never move so I speak to Marcus the man in charge he was respectful and he rald me that they will take care my truck brought back again they call my wife to pick and said they can not do nothing the numbers are on green , but the camber hast to be -0.1 to -0.3 the ideal -0.2 and they call -1.5 good my tire will be out on 1 or 2 months because I drive over a 1k miles a weak I brought here because the close one to me was performance wich was place that i brought it first but they di not touched ether and my wife explaine this to them at the beginning and because they ben doing all my services I thought that I will be alright, BUT IT DINT, NOW MAKE ME THINK IF EVERY SERVICE THAT THEY DID BEFORE IF THEY REALLY DID OR IF IT DID IT RIGHT BECASE O NEVER DOUBLE CHECK , I GOT TO BRING SOME WHERE ELSE TRUSTED Just to mention I replace all suspension is new with shacks and afther thIs they came up with the b.... t they I need new tire to do a good alignment, and I got a worn-out tire but is in the back. I put this right here and you as a customer make the decision if Is worth to came service here cause I won't NO MORE I ALREADY loose time and money I drive 4 TIME JUST THIS THIS WEEK AND NEVER FIX IT.

Top notch service at Calvin Braxton Ford of Lockport. ♡ Jennie Brock Update since March 2025 when I purchased my vehicle.. I have had the misfortune of bringing my vehicle to Braxton on multiple occasions. One instance was when I had a nail in my tire. They simply replaced the tire without addressing my requests for tire rotation and balancing. Upon retrieving my vehicle, I discovered that they had only changed the damaged tire. The second occasion was when I required servicing due to driving issues and the engine light coming on, accompanied by a notification on my Lincoln app indicating a misfire. I purchased the vehicle from Braxton in March 2025. When I brought it in for servicing, they inquired if I had used substandard fuel. The entire experience was a disaster. The rental vehicle they provided had multiple issues, and they refused to provide a suitable replacement, despite my explanation of requiring a larger vehicle for professional purposes. The rental vehicle had ants inside, and I was required to return it with a full tank of fuel. They claimed that there were no issues with my vehicle and stated that it had passed all safety tests after being run on their machine. My vehicle was returned to me in a worse condition, filthy and unwashed. I requested that the service representative provide a printout of the number of times my vehicle had been in the shop, and I was surprised to discover that it had been in multiple times due to recalls. Furthermore, the vehicle had been involved in an accident. At the time of purchase, I was assured that the vehicle was well-maintained, but I was not informed of the multiple recalls or prior issues. In retrospect, I should have conducted more thorough research, but I was enthusiastic about the purchase, and they promptly accepted my $20,000 down payment. I also requested that they detail the vehicle, which was promised at the time of purchase. It appears that they will make any claim to facilitate a sale. Two days later, the same issue recurred. I contacted Braxton to report the problem and was informed that they did not have a loaner vehicle available, and I would be required to pay for a rental out of pocket and seek reimbursement. I subsequently contacted Lincoln Houma, and they provided exceptional service. They collected my vehicle from my workplace, provided a brand-new Lincoln as a rental, and a week later, they contacted me to explain the necessary repairs. I required new fuel injectors, and they also refueled my vehicle. I was not required to return their loaner with a full tank of fuel. They also checked the tire pressure, washer fluid, and detailed my vehicle. It is evident that some businesses prioritize doing what is right. I will never conduct business with Calvin Braxton Ford again, as I was not treated fairly, and there appears to be a lack of communication between departments.
