Joey asked about our requirements and took good notes. He was very polite, courteous, honest, and we didn't see or feel any high pressure sales pitch. However, he did mention that he wanted to earn our business. Joey's communication skills are excellent. He always returned my phone calls, emails, and text messages promptly. Joey made the buying process very smooth without any hiccups; he also made it easy to work with the other members of the dealership team to purchase the vehicle. In addition to being a good salesman, Joey is a kind-hearted and honest man. He is a likeable person. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle in the near future, we highly recommend working with Joey. In the future, if we choose to buy another vehicle, we would not hesitate to work with Joey. “Hands down this is the best Hyundai dealership in Michigan! Niel and the manager Christina M provides top notch, honest, above and beyond Customer Service Experience. I had a major issue with my vehicle. It was covered under Hyundai Warranty. I originally thought it was going to be a huge hassle to make a claim on the Warranty, because lets face the truth a Warranty sounds great until you make a claim which typically means the fine print had some type of clause where your claim will be rejected. We'll guess what not only is the service excellent but the stood ten toes down on ensuring everything about my experience was covered through the Warranty and they communicated every step of the way. I could not have asked for a better experience with Hyundai and the Livonia Dealership. They honestly care about your experience. They honestly care about getting the job done right.
