“I dropped off my car last Monday for some repairs. At the time they didn't have a loaner but made sure I was able to get to work. By Friday Jesika let me know they had a car for me to use since my car wasn't ready. I really appreciate the care and keeping me updated throughout the process. I would recommend them and hope to soon buy my next car here.”

“This review is primarily for out-of-state buyers considering a purchase from Land Rover Denver. I live in Florida and have purchased multiple vehicles, including two out of state, without issue—until this experience. This is my fifth Range Rover, and the level of disorganization I encountered was completely unacceptable for a Land Rover dealership. From the beginning, communication was inconsistent, and key policies around deposits and outside financing were not disclosed until late in the process. Despite the vehicle being sold as Certified Pre-Owned, it arrived with extensive curb rash on three wheels, a missing rear bumper hitch cover, and only one key fob. I was told this was because I “rushed” delivery, even though I began the purchase process on August 30 and didn’t receive the vehicle until October 6—more than a month later. I was prepared to let those issues go, but the real problem surfaced much later: after I had already registered and plated the vehicle myself in mid-November, I received my first communication from their title vendor on January 8, 2026—over three months after delivery—stating that paperwork had only just been submitted and that I needed to personally go to the DMV to complete title work again. This ultimately cost me additional time and money to fix an issue that should have been handled correctly from the start. Local buyers may have a different experience, but as an out-of-state customer, this process was completely unacceptable. Buyer beware.”
