“Have to update and re-think my previous 5-Star rating due to some recent discoveries. 2 days off the lot car had to go into service for almost 2 weeks. Ok great they gave me a loaner car. Ok cool, 3 months off the lot car back into service but service not covered nor detected during the pre-certified guarantee. Mind you 2 days off lot they fixed a coolant leak and a few other detectable items. What I am trying to say here, is please please make sure that they do the pre-certified checklist maybe twice since these items should’ve been detected and we’re not as well as me taking my broken car to another automotive shop only to find out that the cabin air filter had never been changed. The oil was extremely dirty and I only put 2000 miles on the car Since I bought it yeah the overall process of buying a new car from Schomp Nissan is awesome but as for the service I’ve received after I bought the car not so much.Jesse C.
