“Came by today to get recalls done on a Jeep. Was greeted warmly as soon as I entered and directed to Hooper for assistance. He was very kind , gave me a reasonable expectation of repair and told me he would get in contact with me no later than tomorrow afternoon. He ended up calling me this afternoon with all the work done. Appreciate that Hoop!!! Fun fact, I was getting the recalls done because I sold the Jeep from my dealership. I wasn’t treated like competition or the enemy, I was treated like a friend. I really appreciated that! Thanks again!”
