“Hi, I paid less than I thought I would on a late model truck. It was worth the drive from St Louis. Masen is knowledgeable and it was an easy process.
Had a couple run-ins with service and they helped get some computer updates done, that wouldn’t install on their own. It’s been several months and I still think it was a good idea! 🙂”

“Had an unexpected situation pop up on a Sunday. Had the mustang towed to victory lane service. Monday we spoke with service and gave them the details. Chris in service was very kind and patient. They were able to work it in and get us fixed up quickly. Highly recommend”

“Salesman was friendly, but I feel I was not fully instructed on all the features of the car. Also, I did not receive a spare tire or jack, which I feel should have been included with the car. The windshield washer fluid light came on as I was leaving the dealership. I would have thought the fluid levels would have been checked.”

“BE AWARE OF SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!! We broke down out of state and had no choice but to leave truck at this dealership. We had turbos, 2 oil leaks and a windshield done here. Cost was a whopping $9600!!!! Paid with cash, credit cards and a check. Chris had great customer service but it declined after issues arose as his hands were probably tied. They said 100s of times it will be under warranty. After picking up we broke down the very next morning with a trailer attached. Truck just stopped and cut off! We called VIctory immediately and were asked to trouble shoot our own truck, not sure why these things weren't checked before saying vehicle was ready? We tried 2 FORD dealerships in the town we broke down in which was in Wisconsin and both said, there was extensive work done and we would have to get it back to the dealership that fixed it and they won't touch it! It would cost us $1500 to tow it to them which was very unfair to us!!! Why would we have to pay a tow if this was their neglect? We asked to speak to the service manager Jordan "multiple" times through phone calls and email and were told he would call back but never did. Some should not be in management if they arent capable of coping with daily obstacles to retify ongoing issues without anger!! We canceled the check part of the payment because we hoped it would wake someone up to respond as we were hoping for a resolution. Amazingly one week after breakdown Jordan emailed us and was very rude and told us to cease conversation because of the canceled check and he was sending us to collections! Just WOW!!! Not what we had hoped for at all. Truck is now with a diesel specialist. Turbos
are completely shot once again! We have videos of the sound etc. Turns out the exhaust fuel sensors should have been changed with the turbo job and it looked like they tried to get them off but since they were stuck they left it as is. Oil still leaks bad. (We were told by victory it could be a overflow) this was not a overflow at all it was a "over" fill and its NOT fixed. Oil pan dipstick tube had a large crack in it because it split from leaning on a prong. Hoses and clamps were not new but we were charged for them. Hoses were not connected to the turbo pipe was connected only at the top and the bottom was bent in and folded and not even on. Windshield was put in wrong or wasnt the proper fit for this truck, wind comes through, insulation shredded and vin # is covered, thats pretty major itself! We are out of $6700 because we cancled a $2800 just in time. They sent it to some ollection agency claiming this canceled check was 90 days old when in face it was one week old. You should always be able to read vin! This could be a problem even with a minor traffic stop!! We stood in the mechanic bay as they did a full inspection while standing there for hours. We were again told by Victory this was done already. Below you will see some pictures of the work and emails back and forth from Victory. They will remind us that they told us to come in and they would handle it after reading this review im sure but, remember Jordan said to cease conversation because of voided check. Knowing we gave them every dime we had and we wouldnt make it back to them! But....they said we could take it to any FORD dealership in the world but this was proven NOT to be true!!!!! We did not have towing money to tow the truck back to Victory! They never gave a solution or to try and get our truck picked up nor did they even care that we were stranded with a trailer attached. We ended up paying thousands all over again! Out of work, hotel, tow, and added pieces to finish the incoplete job that in return ruined the turbos. Thank goodness for the licenced diesel mechanic at the Ford dealership it ended up at. This behavior in the world has to be stopped! We have no choice but to report them to the BBB, there states AGO and the FTO.”

“All I need to say is wow, this dealership is amazing. I called them prior to my visit to make sure I had all the information I needed & they were so willing to explain everything. Cole is an excellent sales representative for this business. he went through every single detail of the car, he is very honest with pricing & making sure you are happy with your purchase. I knew going in what I wanted & he never questioned me. he explained the process to me as I am a first time buyer & i felt comfortable asking questions & he made sure I understood the aspects of buying a car. I recommend stopping here for any car needs. Also a huge shoutout to the financial advisor who also was very kind & helpful. you guys are awesome!”
