“If you read one review, let it be this one! WE HAVE BAD CREDIT & THEY MADE IT HAPPEN! Gilbert the salesman was simply awesome! I called, told him what my budget was and what im looking for. I showed up, he showed me exactly what I wanted to see. Fell in love with a newer Telluride. Gilbert was zero pressure. Just a nice guy! The financing manager (forgive me i cannot remember his name) was also zero pressure, a genuine nice guy. I told them where I needed my payments to be. They made it happen PLUS a 5 year warranty and a bunch of other things that make me feel safe while purchasing a pre-owned vehicle in Utah. They worked great as a team! Seamless and stress free. “Overall decent experience buying our Kia Carnival as CPO from this dealer. However, right after taking it off the lot we ran into several issues that should have been caught during the pre-sale inspection: Passenger front lug nuts were loose, causing noticeable shaking/rattling while driving. This was unsettling on day 1 with the family in the car. I tightened them myself with a torque wrench, but the dealer later re-checked them. Spare tire was not properly seated and was clunking around in the carrier until I fixed it. Pool of coolant under the vehicle. They later replaced a clamp on a hose and said the residue was from a flush they performed. Driver-side mirror trim was broken — this wasn’t mentioned by sales or noted in service. On the positive side, they quickly replaced the frayed passenger sliding door weatherstrip, which fixed the power door opening problem. Everyone has been very professional and pleasant to work with. I would recommend double-checking your car thoroughly on day one. Hoping for smoother ownership going forward.”
