“My first experience with the service department was good, they were friendly, and made the process easy. Unfortunately, my second experience was the opposite. I brought my truck in for an oil change, tire rotation, and a concern with my USB connection/ CarPlay. When I called with follow-up questions about the diagnosis, Lauren(I believe) was extremely rude, short, and dismissive. I work in customer service myself, so I understand it can be frustrating to explain something that you feel is simple more than once, but when the explanation doesn’t match what a customer is experiencing or what they’re finding through their own research, they deserve a respectful and thorough answer. Instead, I was essentially told that if I wasn’t satisfied, I could go somewhere else. So that’s exactly what I’ll be doing. Gracie in service is great, the two older women are great, this review goes out to Lauren specifically.”
