“I had an extremely disappointing experience with Liberty Auto Plaza. They took all of my personal information and ran my credit through what felt like countless different banks, causing multiple hard inquiries, only to completely stop communicating afterward. They had me drive all the way to the dealership, wasting my time and gas, and once my credit was run, they stopped answering my calls and messages. The lack of communication and professionalism was unacceptable. The staff across all three dealerships were dismissive and unhelpful. If you're considering doing business here, be cautious about providing your personal information before you're sure they're serious about working with you. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Liberty Auto Plaza.”
