“My fiance bought a vehicle from here about 3 weeks ago. Water pump blew today on the interstate after they swore up and down nothing was wrong. Keep in mind it’s still under warranty. We’ve took it to the dealership 3-4 times and they had to give us a loaner. THEN proceeded to say he needed to go to a different dealer and all diagnostic fees were on HIM and they weren’t giving him another loaner vehicle. They knew there were issues but didn’t wanna dish out the cash to fix them. So messed up. I highly suggest if you want to buy a reliable vehicle it’s best to do that elsewhere. They lost service from not only me and my fiance but everyone we know. Do better Infiniti. This is absolutely ridiculous!! Also the service department needs to do better “spark plugs” do not cause a grinding noise when accelerating. :)”

“Do not recommend. Worked with Rusty trying to buy a vehicle. They told me the best they could do was $300 off the asking price. Now only 2 weeks later, the asking price has gone down $1000. Great way to lose a customer”

“I bought a CPO vehicle last fall from this dealership. I live in Texas. They did a solid job of conducting the transaction from afar. This past month after having vehicle serviced at my local Infiniti dealer, an issue was discovered with the brake pads which generally don’t fall under warranty items. I spoke with the GM, Zach and Service manager, Joe. Both were easy to work with and they covered the repair cost due to the unique situation with this vehicle. I appreciate both of them and this dealership for standing behind the cars they certify & sell. Thank you!”
