“08/03/2026. Very unhappy with this dealership. I have been looking on car sites for greater than 2 weeks after pre approved by my bank. I made my final decision today with Don Franklin and checked to verify the availability of a 2020 Ford EcoSport; it was still there. I scheduled to look at today. But would you not know it, at 2:20 today I was notifed that this vehicle was being checked out by another customer, as a matter of fact, they were in the financial dept at this time. I feel this is and was a dishonest move and cannot think otherwise. Too coincidental to have someone else view the same vehicle on the same day after I had been checking it out for over a week. In my opinion, this was a ploy to have multiple people come in to view this vehicle in hopes that they may settle or buy another. Very dissatisfied. Will be looking elsewhere.”
