“Bought a 2022 GMC Denali for $66000 plus all the tax’s fees etc. had the truck 6 months and the paint on the hood is chipping off. The dealership quoted me an extended warranty price that was $5200.00. I asked them to take it off the paper work because I didn’t want to pay for it due tho the high cost. Manager calls me and tells me that he can get it down to $3000.00. I ASKED HIM SEVERAL times are reducing the coverage and he assured me that it was the same best warranty that it was for $5300.00. Well my claim to get chips fixed was DENIED……. because I don’t have the correct coverage. I’ve been calling them for 2.5 days now and texting the salesman and they will not get back with me. I would like anyone buying a vehicle to reach out to me and let me help you with a good reputable dealership to deal with that these things will not happen to you. Please do not Lewisville Mitsubishi get over on you like they did me. Thanks for reading this today I will be adding the names of salesman and manager shortly. The salesman that knows they done me wrong and lied texted me on 4/24/26 at 8:15PM the text you see that I just posted. I bet he want be texting back anymore now. Wow this just keeps getting better and better. I will have both the names for you shortly. Just an update we were told that someone was gonna reach out to us in this review from them. No one ever did. Another 6 days had gone by and I’ve called 5 times and still no response from anyone. They tell me everyday that someone is going to call me back. It’s now 5/15/26 and still no call from them like they said in the response”

“I found a Corvette on AutoTrader that was at This Dealership and it pretty much was exactly what I was looking for. I had been looking for 7 months from Tulsa to Austin. I knew we had bad weather coming and my garage was due for construction to start the following Monday, so I got up and drove through a traffic nightmare to go look at this car in person with the Sales Agent Geno that I had talked to on the phone. He had sent me a great cold start video and walk around showing the inside and outside that was perfect. I pulled up to see every kind of sports and luxury car you can imagine. Not your normal Dealership for sure. Ended up making a deal and Geno even had the rear spoiler changed to one I liked better. The Finance Manager Sandeep was a huge help. You couldn’t ask for a better crew. The Owners have been in the business for generations and they walk around just talking to customers with zero pressure. This is the best dealership Ive ever been to. I’ve worked at about 8 Dealerships in the past 50 years. To top it all off, I was starving and Geno got me a lunch from Chic Filet. Like I said, this isn’t your normal Dealership. Give them a try. You won’t regret it. They’re like family to me now.”

“TL;DR Ask for Jamie, great service and I highly recommend. I just want to start off and say I wish I was rich so I can just buy all my cars from this place. Service was great! Highly recommend Jamie. Literally doing all sorts of things to help out even while riding around in a little scooter cause of an injury. He was quick to respond and answered all my questions. Also, worked with Sandeep in the finance department side and not once did he try to upsell me on anything. He explained everything and was easy to talk to. Now, I did all of this on the other side of the state btw. I started Sunday with a simple message and Jamie responded quick and helped me out fast. I now have it being shipped to my house (2 days later) for free! This is how all dealerships need to be modeled. Because ain’t no way I am ever going into a dealership just to get upselled on everything.”
