“I purchased my truck at Huffines a little over a year ago. The process was smooth and we have really enjoyed our truck - it's great! I can definitely recommend Huffines for offering excellent vehicles at competitive prices. However, I am writing this review on something far more worthwhile and rare - their customer service and loyalty to working with you even after you drive off their lot - few dealerships can boast such exceptional service. Almost a year after purchasing our truck, some issues arose and I ran into a number of struggles in trying to work with the warranty company. I reached out to the dealership and they were FANTASTIC in helping me get everything resolved. From our original salesman to the dealership manager to Ray in finance we had exceptional service. Ray called me multiple times, helped me get in touch with the people I needed to in order to get my issues resolved, and was dedicated to following up with me until everything was taken care of. Great vehicles can be found in just about every and any dealership, but exceptional service and loyalty to the customer is rare and coveted! THIS is the kind of business that looks out for and takes care of their customers, and is worth the effort to seek out and do business with. Their team went above and beyond to help me resolve the problems, even long after the initial sale, especially Ray! It truly is rare nowadays to find such dedicated support. We had to drive about 2 hours to purchase our truck at Huffines (instead of going to the dealership that's in our own town), but it was well worth it!
