“Easy to schedule. They communicated throughout the process so there were no surprises. Keep in mind if you don't pay cash or debit card there is a percentage upcharge for using credit card, hence only 4 stars. I expect a large corporation like Ford not to nickel and dime people especially on purchases that may be several hundred dollars.”
