It was OK. Really wasn't expecting 1128.11 for a check engine light. But I'm not a mechanic. I think their communication could have been better. My appointment was at 9 am. They didn't get my truck in till about 2 pm. They had to order the part, which I understand. Another trip and two days I got truck back. Tyler was better at communicating. I just hope they got to the bottom of problem. I can't afford another hit like this one. The shuttle driver was awesome. Don't know his name. He was Greek.

Buyer beware! This dealership does NOT stand behind what they sell!!! I purchased a 2025 Ford Expedition that was sold to me as a clean demo vehicle. From day one, the vehicle had a noticeable shake and vibration at highway speeds. I took it to an independent shop and was told one of the wheels is significantly out of balance AND bent. This is not minor — this is a defective wheel that should have been addressed before the vehicle was ever sold. I was also told the wheels had no damage. That was false. The passenger-side wheels were scraped, and only after I pointed it out did they offer a discount. The rear cargo plastic divider that should come with the vehicle was missing and has never been provided. Even the spare tire had been used before I took delivery. The dealership PROMISED to send a replacement wheel. After that promise, communication suddenly stopped. When I followed up, I was told they were instructed to halt all communication with me. That tells you everything you need to know about how they handle customers once the paperwork is signed. So to summarize: • Sold a vehicle with a bent wheel causing vibration • Failed to disclose damage that was clearly visible • Delivered the vehicle missing factory equipment • Promised repairs and replacements — then went silent • Refused to communicate or resolve the issue If this is how they treat someone who just bought a nearly new vehicle, imagine how they’ll treat you. Extremely dishonest sales practices, zero accountability, and absolutely no follow-through. I will be pursuing formal complaints and legal remedies to get what should have been provided at the time of sale. Shop somewhere else. This dealership cannot be trusted.

The last time my parents bought a new car was in 2009. When their Saturn finally gave up the ghost last month, they asked me to go to Lenoir City Ford with them and check out the Maverick. Their saleswoman was Selena, and she was great. She was professional, patient, and helpful, and it was obvious she enjoyed helping my parents choose their new car even in such cold weather. Although they liked the Maverick, my mom fell in love with a Bronco instead. They felt comfortable enough with Selena to ask questions and - in my father's case - admit when they didn't know something. And they are happy knowing they can contact her at any time with any other questions they may have. Rey C. was also very patient and helpful going over all the paperwork with them. It was a very enjoyable experience for them!

Easy to work with Sales & Management! Negotiating was straight forward, quick, and fair! They took great care of my family during purchase. See Cecil for your next vehicle. By far one of the best delivery experiences and super kind.

I was in the market for a Mach E. Lenoir City was the only dealer within a 100 miles that had the model I was looking for. I completed an online form after hours and had a response back from a human in about an hour! They provided a video walkabout of the car I was interested in, and even completed some work the next day on the proposed purchase before I arrived (software update). When I arrived the car was front and center and my salesperson waiting to answer my questions and take it out for a drive. The salesperson was knowledgeable in the car and was able to easily talk me through the specifics. The car had one flaw in a rear seat door panel that the dealership immediately called in an upholstery guy to fix on the spot. Impressive. I decided to purchase. The sales manager is a really great guy who has served our country in the armed forces. Thank you. The price was below market value, so the trade value wasn’t great, but they worked with me. The finance guy made a valiant run at me with the extended warranty, but I declined. I drove off the lot a couple hours later. All in all, a great experience for Mach E shopper in southeast/east Tennessee. Good prices, low pressure. Recommended. Talk to Phillip!
