“I came in to make an appointment for an alignment on my 2016 F350 super duty truck. The service writer told me they could do it right then. After about half an hour of waiting in the waiting room, the service technician and service writer told me my alignment was within spec's, and my tires and brakes pads are okay, the rotated my tires and I was on my way. I was more than impressed with their professional service and honesty. They could have charged me for an alignment and extra front end parts and I wouldn't have known the difference.
