I knew walking in the door what i wanted to purchase and what i wanted to pay. I had financing set up before entering the dealership and it made for a fast purchase and the dealer negotiated a great deal for me. The whole process prolly only took 2 hours test drive and all. I did notice before i left the dealer that the leather on the steering wheel was coming loose and showed the salesman. Again the problem was handled well and I have a new steering wheel on order. No one was the least bit pushy and everyone was upfront and honest. Got great advice about additional discounts (such as Costco discount) and every function of my truck was gone over in detail. After I left I found a minor blemish and they were quick to address it. Overall very good experience.”
