“I used to have excellent service with primasing, they always did a great job and would wash and vacuum my car leaving me with such a feeling of being taken care of. Over the last year the service has been horrible, they have failed to properly diagnose problems and have lied on several occasions. They no longer wash and vacuum the cars. 100% do not recommend Upon reviewing your response I am even less likely to return for service, now I have three separate answers for the details service (the problem still exists) the first time I inquired as to why no wash/vac th answer was that the details got fired and hadn't been replaced, 2 weeks later when receiving service for the same problem the answer was that the detailer was out sick. Now suddenly the service was eliminated.”

“I cannot praise Primasing Motors enough. While I live in Washington, my parents—who are in their 80s—still reside in Lebanon. My mother recently purchased a vehicle from Primasing, and while the deal was great and the service was exceptionally fast, it’s what happened ten months later that truly sets them apart. In April 2026, one of my mother’s two car garage door chain snapped, trapping her car inside. My father has Parkinson’s and was unable to help. Stranded and unsure who to call, my mother reached out to Primasing, remembering the kindness they showed her during the sale of the car. Without hesitation, the team headed over. They successfully maneuvered her car out through the functional side of the garage and even coordinated the help for repair of the broken garage door. “This review is being written by Zac West, no google account for myself. I recently purchased a truck from the team at Primasing. It was honestly the easiest and most pleasant vehicle purchase I have made yet. I flew in from out of state to buy from them for a few reasons. Their pricing in the truck was by far better than anywhere in my home state or other dealers in Oregon. Not only was the truck priced great but they gave me a great price on an extended warranty which I generally am not a fan of purchasing due to how much dealers tend to increase the prices on them. Also a great deal on ceramic coating which I normally wouldn’t buy from a dealer but at that price I couldn’t pass it up and they did a really good job with it, my paint is nice and slick to repel contaminants. They also arranged a ride from another town when I flew in. Sarah from sales actually took the time to drive about 35-40 minutes one way to pick me up and haul me back to complete the transaction. She kept me up to date with photos, videos and getting the truck prepped for my delivery. Kim the office manager was awesome and up front out of the gate. She was very helpful and answered a lot of my questions for a few weeks before I could arrange the transaction and pick up of the truck. Great communication all around. Casey the general manager and owner was a pleasure to talk to when I first inquired on the truck. No one was pushy or pressuring me. Truly a very easy and pleasant car buying experience from start to finish. I have made quite a few vehicle purchases from many places and I appreciate the kind of car buying experience I just had with this team.”
