“Took our car in to get an oil change. Requested as a courtesy all fluids be topped off especially the brake fluid because it was a little low. Upon pick-up the brake fluid was not topped off. Went in and ask why? The service Dept. guy stated they do not top off Break fluid, but they could fill it up after doing a Break Flush costing over $100 on a vehicle with only 26,000 plus miles on it. I do not understand why something so simple cannot be completed without being charged another $100.”
