“I have attempted to purchase vehicles from various Young dealerships over the last year and have never closed the deal because of what I can only attribute management culture. The General Sales Manager, Colton Gittings called me minutes after a discussion with the salesperson, Jayden. Jayden was kind, he was an active listener, tried to resolve concerns in a non-manipulative non-combative manner, validating the concerns and ACTIVELY negotiating in good faith with me. His sales manager lost the sale for him by doing all the opposite tact's. Asking leading and manipulative yes/no questions, attempting to lead me into a logic fallacy, instead of listening to my concerns about the current negotiations. These types of sales tactics are the opposite of good faith negotiations. He had no idea how close I was to giving the earnest money to hold the car too. I deal in contracts and negotiations daily in my job and had a negotiation parameter that was my go/no go criteria that the dealership was so close to meeting it wasn't even funny. Lol. Ok. A little funny because of souring the whole thing by an attempt at manipulation and downplaying the validity of the deanships' competition. Fastest way to lose a sale with people with brains is to attempt manipulation. Good job Young Chevy!”

“A few years ago, I purchased a car from the Young dealership in Ogden. I indicated on my review at that time that the dealership showed Zero Customer Service and out right dishonesty.
Last week, I was looking for a new Corvette and noticed that the Young Chevrolet dealership in Layton had the color of the Corvette I was looking for.
I entered the showroom and was contacted by the salesman, RHETT. After inspecting that car, I indicated to RHETT that I would communicate with him by email regarding the car. That night I was ready to buy and requested an "out the door" price on the car via email.
The next day, RHETT telephones me and leaves a message; I'm not sure how he got my phone number. Four days later, RHETT sends me an email that indicates that I must go to the dealership to acquire a selling price. As most readers of this review will agree, sitting at any dealership is not fun.
Someone should tell the Young Organization that buying a car can be done online..
This conduct by the people of Young Chevrolet indicates to me that Customer Service does not exist and nothing has changed within the organization.
Note: the sales people at Salt Lake Valley Chevrolet were extremely helpful in supplying me with all the information that I requested.. the entire process of buying a car online is the only stress free way of doing business.”

“I walked in, not knowing for sure if that’s what I wanted they had it already for me. We did everything over the phone and what they quoted me is what I paid no pressure at any time I need another vehicle. I definitely will go there and anybody I know that needs a vehicle I would send them there. They were awesome.”

“McCormick was such a fun and personable guy! We had such a great experience buying our new car! He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions.
The car is exactly what I wanted, and he made sure I knew how all the bells and whistles worked.
We had THE easiest car buying experience ever! Everyone we talked to that day was great, and we left extremely happy!
Thank you!”

“Young Chevrolet was great to work with. We shopped around several dealers obviously looking for the best deal. I got connected with Blaine Pollard and that was the best case scenario. We had a quick chat letting him know what we were looking for and he delivered. No BS. NO wasting time. No non sense. If you're in the market for a chevy. Go see these guys. You'll be glad you did.
