“Terrible Experience – Completely Unacceptable! I picked up my Jeep Gladiator today after the dealership called to let me know it was ready. However, only about two miles after leaving the dealership, my truck started leaking oil everywhere. I immediately realized something was seriously wrong. The technician had replaced the oil filter but broke the oil filter cap during the repair. As a result, the entire engine was covered in oil, and oil spilled all over the road. I can’t believe they would return a vehicle to a customer without performing a proper inspection after the repair. This level of negligence is completely unacceptable. Their mistake could have caused severe engine damage or even a serious accident. I expected professional service, but instead I left with a vehicle that wasn’t safe to drive. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of work and the lack of attention to detail.”
