“Rodrigo did a great job! He’s very knowledgeable, easygoing, and genuinely made the car-buying experience easy and stress-free.
Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about his manager, Eric. I had the opportunity to speak with him, and the way this situation was handled was extremely disappointing.
Eric initially offered my 19-year-old Marine nephew a price of $13,250. When I said I was ready to be $13,000 out-the-door, he said no, which is completely fair—that’s his choice. My nephew really wanted the car, so despite my objections, he said he would pay the additional $250.
But then Eric suddenly said the price was now $13,500. 😳 Wait…what happened to the $13,250 you JUST offered us?
Of course, I was ready to walk out, but before I could say anything, my nephew again said he would pay the extra $500 because he really wanted the car.
I found the whole situation extremely upsetting. I understand that a dealership can say no to a price, but changing the price upward after already offering a specific amount felt completely wrong. It especially bothered me because my nephew is only 19, and I felt like the manager took advantage of the fact that he really wanted the car.
Rodrigo deserves credit for being great to work with, but unfortunately, the manager’s handling of the negotiation left a very bad taste in my mouth.”

“I recently leased a 2026 Acura RDX from precision Acura. The whole experience from beginning to end was stress free. They went over every possible rebate and gave me top dollar for my trade in. We Will definitely be returning customers, and would highly recommend this dealership 100%”

“Stopped in with my wife and was greeted by a salesman named Ahmed who was outside waiting for customers. I advised him we were interested in seeing a used vehicle which was advertised online. He did fine the vehicle parked in the back. Although the car had a clean interior, the outside had a few small issues such as a cracked drivers door side view mirror direction lens and some scuffs on the bumpers.
I questioned the damage and was told by Ahmed that it could probably be repaired.
We sat at his desk ahmed came out with a price which was alot more than the advertised price. When I questioned it, he said that the manager gave us the regular retail price by mistake. Then stated they automatically added extended warranty at a cost of approximately $800.
I stated, how do you add extended warranty without asking the customer?
When we declined the warranty,
the deal went down hill after there.
Ahmed's attitude changed, the repairs to the car was off the table.
He refused to hear anything I had to say. His attitude was so unprofessional, (talking over me,) we just said enough and shook his hand and left. He stated, he'll be there until 7pm.
The next day, I took my business to a Cadillac dealer and had a pleasant experience.”

“Unfortunately I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with Precision Acura of Princeton. I initially contacted the dealership and worked with a salesperson requesting a simple lease quote. Instead of continuing to assist me, my inquiry was handed off to Eric, the General Sales Manager. From that point on, getting straightforward answers was truly impossible.
Rather than simply providing the information I requested, I was repeatedly asked questions that were unrelated to preparing a lease quote. Every time I tried to get clear pricing, I received more unnecessary questions and pressure tactics instead of an answer. Not the straightforward, no pressure experience I was hoping for but instead a complete waste of time.
As a serious customer who is actively shopping for an Acura, I expected honesty, transparency, and respect for my time. There are plenty of dealerships willing to provide clear pricing without making you jump through hoops. This was the only dealership of the five Acura dealerships I contacted that gave me a complete runaround. Not to mention, Eric's approach was the most appalling and immature interaction I've ever had with a dealership.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend Precision Acura of Princeton. If you're looking for transparent communication or a hassle free leasing experience, please look elsewhere!”
